Investment Ready - Get Funded
Move from science-heavy and overlooked to well-connected, clearly understood, and fundable. Investment Ready helps WA startup founders increase their odds of funding by focusing on the three things that matter most in Australia:
- 1
Connecting you to the funders and decision-makers who actually influence funding outcomes.
- 2
Building a communication stack that resonates with how those funders make decisions.
- 3
Utilising AI to 10x your productivity and quality, so you can spend more time building your business - not trying to get it funded.
The West Australian Funding Reality
Access Matters More Than Excellence
In Australia, funding is still heavily influenced by who you know and who you're partnered with.
WA teams are less connected to national decision-makers (grant reviewers, specialist health investors and health-system executives). Distance and limited national exposure mean fewer warm introductions, less early feedback and fewer opportunities to build trust.
Most still struggle to communicate what matters
Even when the connections do exist, many researchers and innovators struggle to translate complex science into a fundable, investable story.
They often lack a repeatable method to align positioning, evidence narrative, economics and slide logic to how funders assess risk, outcomes and pathways to adoption. This can result in materials that are technically strong but not decision-ready.
What Investment Ready Does
Investment Ready is a high-touch, 4-month cohort program for WA founders building healthtech/medtech/biotech ventures who want to raise ~$1.5M diluted capital and secure non-dilutive funding.
Backwards Planning
We work backwards from the exact funding outcomes your target investors want, then build the assets investors and grant assessors actually expect.
