6. Fees and payment

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with any agreed written terms or, where no fixed term applies, with reasonable notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
